Writing on USSoccerplayers.com, Kevin McGeehan throws a couple glass-half-empty thoughts into the mix for 2007.
His most interesting comments revolve around the designated-player rule - and, there, I think he's largely correct - and this summer's upcoming MLS/FMF tournament. For what it's worth, I think he's worrying too much about how the league will handle the latter in 2007; I mean, don't we get a couple years, and a couple mulligans, when building a better tournament?
But, as mentioned above, his concerns about the "Beckham Rule" raise the right alarms.
